Serve with roasted sweet potatoes, coleslaw, fresh cilantro, lime, and a side of ciabatta or green salad.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

RECOMMENDED THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:
The product is to be defrosted in a refrigerator overnight before use.

Remove all packaging before preparation. Please note as cooking appliances vary in performance the below serves as a guideline only.

MICROWAVE: Place in a microwavable bowl and microwave for approximately 4-5 minutes or until fully heated. Serve hot.

PAN FRY: Heat cooking oil in a mediumsized pan, over moderately high heat. Heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
