The product is to be defrosted in a refrigerator overnight before use.

MICROWAVE: Place in a microwavable bowl and microwave for approximately 4-5 minutes or until fully heated. Serve hot.
PAN FRY: Heat cooking oil in a mediumsized pan, over moderately high heat. Heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
