Flame-grilled plant protein (water, wheat gluten [(21%), pea protein (10%), chickpea flour(1%)], green cabbage, soy sauce, water, onion, carrot, baby corn, cilantro, spring onion, snap peas, canola oil, peppers, lemon juice, mushroom, maize starch, lemongrass paste, garlic (crushed), ginger (cruched), yeast extract, sugar.

Remove the product from the pouch.
Place into a saucepan.
Heat gently over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ensure the product is heated through before serving.
Remove the product from the pouch.
Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover loosely.
Heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
This product weighs 300g and is intended to serve 1 portion in combination with a starch: rice; Naan; pasta etc. As a smaller offering it could serve 2 portions.
Enjoy as a complete meal on its own, or elevate with simple additions:
Garnish with spring onions, toasted sesame seeds or fresh coriander
Add a squeeze of lime or a drizzle of chilli oil for extra punch
Serve alongside steamed greens, stir-fried vegetables or crispy tofu
